Allphins est la première entreprise InsurTech qui fournit des solutions de gestion des risques pour l'industrie de la (ré)assurance.

Après avoir commencé en tant que membre du Lloyd's Lab (accélérateur Insurtech réputé à Londres) et hébergé à Station F (Paris), Allphins aide maintenant plus de 25 clients à couvrir toutes les principales lignes commerciales, y compris la propriété, l'énergie, les risques géopolitiques, le crédit commercial, le cyber, la responsabilité civile et le terrorisme.
Leur objectif est d'aider les plus grands noms de la (ré)assurance à mieux analyser les risques et à prendre les bonnes décisions.

Avec une forte croissance internationale (Royaume-Uni & États-Unis) et autofinancée (passant de 4 à 12 employés en 1 an), Allphins vise le leadership mondial sur les risques spéciaux (avec un objectif de croissance de +500% d'ici 2024).

L'idée est de développer 5 nouvelles solutions innovantes d'ici la fin de l'année, le projet est très technique et complexe, c'est pourquoi 85% de leur équipe est en fait composée d'ingénieurs !

Job Description

Once here, you will :

  • Become the first Account Executive in the commercial team, working closely with the founders to expand the business

  • Own a named account list to drive new logo acquisition and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with existing accounts

  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close to expand

  • Consistently build champions and develop relationships with exec stakeholders to land new logos as well as to expand within your existing customers

  • Work with the founders to build and deliver ROI assessments within your accounts to prove the value of the Allphins solution

  • Understand the challenges your prospective customers face related to aggregating and processing risk, and learn to position the Allphins solution appropriately

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of closing experience in an B2B software or technology sales environment, ideally within an early-stage business 

  • Motivation for rapid development and an eagerness to work closely with the founders of a scaling business

  • Adaptability to succeed in a fast paced, high growth environment where the answer is not always clear 

  • A proven track record in creating and driving new business and always looking for ways to grow business with your clients through strategic approaches

  • A disciplined, methodical and process driven sales approach – you’ll be skilled in managing time and resources; have a sound approach to qualifying opportunities coupled with a desire to deeply understand your prospects business

  • Excellence in the past as a top performer in your previous roles, and are someone who is highly achievement orientated

  • High energy and driven to continually raise the bar in terms of performance and expectations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Passionate about fintech and the potential it brings

Desireable Skills

  • Insuretech or Fintech experience

  • MEDDICC trained 

  • Experience on long-term account planning

  • Knowledge of the insurance or re-insurance space
